Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                   
House consider the Senate message (page 1982) on the following at                                   
this time:                                                                                          
                                                                                                    
    CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 49(JUD)                                                                   
    "An Act relating to the deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA)                                             
    identification registration system and testing; and providing for an                            
    effective date."

There being no objection, it was so ordered.                                                        
                                                                                                    
Representative Coghill moved that the House concur in the Senate                                    
amendment to CSHB 49(JUD), thus adopting SCS CSHB 49(JUD),                                          
and recommended that the members vote yes.                                                          
                                                                                                    
The question being:  "Shall the House concur in the Senate                                          
amendment to CSHB 49(JUD)?"  The roll was taken with the

effective date clause.  There being no objection, it was so ordered.

SCS CSHB 49(JUD) was referred to the Chief Clerk for enrollment.
